Casey Kehres

Assistant General Manager

Casey has followed his father Elvin into the hospitality industry, and recently joined him at Blu Grotto. Previously, he was Assistant General Manager at Drifthouse by David Burke in Sea Bright, where he was responsible for the bar and wine programs. Casey has also been Catering Director at Monmouth Park Racetrack (Oceanport), Assistant General Manager at Liberty House (Jersey City) and Maitre d’ at The Ryland Inn (Whitehouse Station).
