Elvin’s career in the restaurant industry is truly illustrious. From dining room captain at Fromagerie and Frog and the Peach to manager of the Stage House and Ryland Inn in North Jersey, he has lived and breathed fine dining for decades. Most recently Maitre’d at the venerable Stage Left Steak and Catherine Lombardi in New Brunswick, Elvin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Blu Grotto.
